PA Department of Health Issues Temporary Regulations for Medical Marijuana Growers/Processors and Draft Temporary Regulations for Dispensaries

The Pennsylvania Department of Health has posted suggested temporary regulations for Dispensaries under the Medical Marijuana Act.  There is an open comment period on these proposed regulations until November 4, 2016.  After that time, the regulations will no longer be accessible until the publishing of the revised temporary regulations.  These suggested regulations can be accessed at the following link until the expiration of the comment period:

As set forth in the Pennsylvania Bulletin (46 Pa.B. 6829) on Saturday, October 29, 2016, the Department of Health published temporary regulations relating to Growers/Processors of Medical Marijuana, pursuant to the Medical Marijuana Act.  These temporary regulations remain in effect until October 29, 2018 and can be found in chapters 1141 and 1151 of the PA Code (28 Pa. Code Chs. 1141 and 1151) and accessed at the following link:
