Over the weekend, Pennsylvania’s Attorney General Josh Shapiro gave the commencement speech to graduates of Penn State Dickinson Law.  As part of that speech, he spoke up about states rights, including standing up with other states attorneys general on federal issues affecting states.

According to a news report by a local ABC affiliate station, Mr. Shapiro is quoted as saying that “[t]he [Pennsylvania] legislature and the Governor have come together to pass a new law that says medicinal marijuana is acceptable, so, it would be my job to defend that if anyone encroaches upon that interest.”
