CFTC Chairman Gensler delivered remarks at the International Group of Treasury Associations and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. After his remarks, during Q&A, Gensler said that he expected the agency to reopen the rule for comment before the end of the year, and hoped to finalize the rule by the summer of 2014.
