In order to successfully do so, the business side of an organization must develop competencies in areas that have traditionally been maintained primarily in the hands of lawyers. This short presentation was prepared for a major consumer products corporation to demonstrate to management how small and manageable projects could be undetaken to allow relevant business teams to demonstrate the value of IP business strategy to the entire enterprise.
