Providers with appeals pending before the Provider
Reimbursement Review Board (PRRB) as of August 20, 2008, have until the later of the following two dates to add issues to those pending appeals: October 20, 2008, or
240 days after receipt of the determination, e.g., Notice of Program Reimbursement. In addition, the PRRB issued two Alerts earlier this month.
