1. Approval of quotas for hiring of foreign employees in 2013
On 24 December 2012 Rostrud Decree No. 279 affirmed quotas for hiring of foreign employees in 2013 distributed between organizations-employers in all subjects of the Russian Federation.
Any interested employer may get familiarized with reserved quotas on Rostrud website.
2. Approval of the list of quota-exempted professions for 2013
On 3 December 2012 Decree of Russian Federation Ministry of Labour and Social Protection No. 568? (hereinafter – the “Decree”) approved the List of quota-exempted professions of foreign specialists.
Quota-exempted professions for 2013 are the following:
