State of Alabama v. Jeffrey Lee Seagle

Reply Brief in Favor of Affirming Decsion striking down Alabama's Sex Offender Community Notification Law

This brief is a reply brief filed in one of a series of cases I am handling in Alabama. The trial court struck down Alabama's Community Notification Act for Sex Offenders as void for vagueness and other constitutional defects on its face and as applied to homeless people. I am representing the group of defendants in defending the lower court's decision on the appeal by the State of Alabama in each case.
