This is the companion Reply Brief addressing the opposition which argued that an expert can "speculate" as to one of many causes for an accident or injury. As set forth more fully in the Reply Brief, the cases cited by the opposition were inapplicable to the routine situation of an alleged slip and fall where there is simply no evidence of a dangerous condition from which and expert can base an opinion.
