Homeowner Complaint Summary: I am a victim of fraud and I am attaching pdf files which includes an Assignment of a Deed of Trust that was recorded with the Los Angeles Register Recorders office on August 29, 2011 under instrument number 2011-1166262 with conclusive evidence of CYNTHIA SANTOS robo-signing, forgery and BARBARA GIBBS Notary Public violations.

The Above fraud is in violation of the Attorney Generals Settlement with Bank of America and would also be considered a MATERIAL VIOLATION under the newly enacted California Homeowners Bill of Rights.

Please investigate this most serious criminal matter as BANK OF AMERICA is attempting to exercise rights over my property through the use of these fraudulently recorded documents.
