Rockland County NY: Important Update Regarding the Filing of Deeds and Ancillary Documents With the Rockland County Clerk


Although e-Recording is NOT mandatory, the Rockland County Clerk advises that, as of October 1st, forms TP-584 and RP-5217 MUST be completed on-line,executed and submitted with Deed (or any other document requiring same)whether by electronic submission or hard submission.
