Secret order issued by the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court requiring Verizon to produce all telephone records requested by the NSA for calls between the US and abroad or solely within the US and prohibiting Verizon from disclosing that the FBI or NSA has sought or obtained this information. The order requiring disclosure is effective through July 19th 2013 - but the Order itself was classified Top Secret through April 12, 2038.
