The demise of sexual harassment in Minnesota is evident in this brief which appeals the trial courts dismissal of plaintiff's claims in summary judgment. The case was remanded by the Minnesota Court of Appeals and summary judgment was again granted by the trial court. The case is currently up on appeal for the second time with briefs due in 1 week.
