Shawn Collins - Five Things to Do if your Water or Neighborhood is Polluted

This is an interesting article by Shawn Collins detailing the five things you should do if your neighborhood is, or may be, polluted. These typically arise in water or groundwater contamination cases, with chemicals or toxins like TCE, PCE, PCBs, benzene, arsenic, MTBE, VOC, etc.

They often end up as environmental class action cases, and The Collins Law Firm has handled a dozen of these cases nationwide, which is why I appreciate his advice. It's nasty, scary stuff, and this is a simple, handy, and easy-to-read list of tips that people can use who have received that frightening letter or visit from the EPA informing them that their drinking water might be poisonous.
