Female welding instructor dismissed after filing a gender harassment complaint which was not substantiated.Award dismissed employer's arguments for termination and upheld grievance, citing failure to warn grievor, delay in imposing discipline, no progressive discipline, and employer's allegations of misconduct not amounting to discipline-worthy conduct.Although harassment investigation did not conclude harassment occurred, workplace was highly conflictual and polarized.
