Simple Florida Residential Lease-Landlord form-No condo or HOA fees or rules


This is a simple form of FLORIDA residential lease for a single family residence. While generally fair, it is drafted from the Landlord's perspective.

It prohibits pets and makes the tenant responsible for payment of utilities and repairs and insurance.

It does not provide for Condo or Homeowner's fees or rules, which really need to be addressed if your property is subject to a condo or an HOA.

It is NOT suitable for multifamily properties or commercial properties.
