regardless of how poorly things go, the most you’ll only ever lose is an arm and a leg—figuratively

speaking, of course. If you’ve got commercial assets that you’re looking to get rid of, it’s in your best interests

to hire a commercial real estate agency to broker the deal. But if you’re determined to do it on

your own, there are a few things you should consider before launching headlong into it.
