At the October meeting of the Tennessee Health Services and Development Agency, Executive Director Melanie Hill welcomed new board member Jaclyn Austin as the Designee for the Comptroller of the Treasury. Julia Bayles, Assistant Director of the Division of Health Planning, announced that the 2014 update to the State Health Plan is in the final stages and will be sent to the Governor’s office by the end of October.
