The Map of the Iceberg of Toxic Foreclosure


When it comes to foreclosure, particularly those involving a mortgage sold to a trust, the media has reported all kinds of irregularities and improprieties. I thought it would be interesting to do a table of who might be liable to whom and why. The table makes clear that the toxic documents rported by the media only show the tip of the iceberg. REad on if you wish to see a mapo of the iceberg which mnay winbd up sinking the Titanic American banking system. Recent developments (the GSE's letter to Deutsche Bank and PIMCOand Black Rocks similar maneuvers) suggest that this ionquiry may prove to be far more than an academiuc exercise.
