Last week two of our partners addressed a construction law conference in Auckland, New Zealand on expert witnesses and dispute resolution alternatives.

Kim’s paper examines the primary dispute resolution theatres; arbitration, adjudication, mediation, the courts and expert determinations. The comparative analyses is clinical and unsentimental as it bisects the strengths and weaknesses of the respective theatres of dispute resolution.
