It has been an interesting and never dull year in construction litigation, writes partner and head of practitioner advocacy, Justin Cotton. In this end of year ‘winding down’ review, Justin looks at the varied range of cases he and other solicitors have worked on in 2012, and looks at some emerging trends ahead of the new year. In brief it has been a busy year for construction disputation and looking to be up further in early 2013.
