It is my pleasure to present the second issue of our bulletin this year, which contains interesting and important information on trademarks, unfair competition and, in this issue, personal data. There have been big changes in personal data protection resulting from the entry into force in the spring of last year of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)).
