An Indian Rocks man was killed in a tragic personal watercraft accident earlier this month. According to reports, two men were riding a personal watercraft after sunset when they hit something in the water. Both were subsequently thrown into the Intracoastal Waterway. While one man survived, the other, sadly, did not.
