The United States Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) has 10 Regional Offices across the United States.
Each of EPA’s 10 Regional offices is responsible for several states.
U.S. EPA Headquarters recently published charts proposing the organization of the individual offices.
The State of Arkansas is located within EPA Region 6. Other states in Region 6 include Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, along with 66 tribes.
Region 6 Headquarters is located in Dallas, Texas.
