Motion to Consolidate the Scott Wolfe Jr. v Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board suit with the on-going Public Citizen, Inc. complaint. The motion was unopposed by all parties.
In all likelihood, the judge will grant this consolidation, and the Wolfe Jr., et al. action will be set for trial on March 23, 2009.
