A new note regarding the implementation of the UPC Case Management System (CMS) was published yesterday by the IT Working Group Coordinator, Dario Pizzolante. The note announces the release of the latest CMS version and provides a brief overview of the next project phases for the coming months.

The note states that users will have access to the latest CMS version from August 2017 until the opening of the Court.  This most recent CMS version has been tailored for the preparation of the Sunrise opening (currently forecast for early 2018) with an emphasis on opt-out functionalities. 

Internal work to establish the UPC IT will continue until the opening of the Court. Work on the finalisation of the CMS will include fine-tuning of the Rules of Procedure and integration of security and authentication mechanisms
