With the assistance of colleagues across the European Union (EU), Latham & Watkins has updated its GDPR National Implementation Tracker.
With just over three months to go until the GDPR go-live date on May 25, 2018, approximately 85% of EU member states (accounting for roughly 75% of the EU’s GDP) still have not implemented the GDPR in their national laws.
