In this unpublished opinion, the Eleventh Circuit holds that a homeowner cannot seek damages in a wrongful foreclosure action unless there has been an actual foreclosure sale, and an action for attempted foreclosure cannot be maintained absent allegations that defendant mortgagees published false or derogatory information concerning the debtor’s financial condition.
