When UWO student Irnes Zeljkovic was arrested, little did he know that the YouTube video of his arrest would created shockwaves throughout Ontario. It shows Zeljkovic being arrested by upward of 6 UWO Campus Police officers and London Police officers. The arrest was by the book until one officer began hitting him with a baton in his upper back. Was this force necessary to effect the arrest, or was it an abuse of power?
