During this program, we will provide an overview of HHS OIG and the tools used in developing their work plan. We will review elements on the OIG work plan and other notable government reports that should be of interest to compliance staff. Additionally, we will provide practical advice on how compliance professionals can review and monitor claims related to or impacted by the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE) to assess risk and identify potential areas of vulnerability. We will also address OSHA’s March 2021 National Emphasis Program on COVID-19 and any other late-breaking items of significance to compliance officers.
