Current issues in the distribution of controlled substances
Join us for a complimentary webinar on current issues affecting the distribution of controlled substances. In an efficient hour, we will provide an overview of the current state of play in light of the D.C. Circuit's decision in the Masters Pharmaceutical case and other recent DEA enforcement actions, focusing on practical considerations for manufacturers and distributors of controlled substances.
Topics on the agenda include:

Designing and operating an effective suspicious order monitoring system; |

Identifying activities that may indicate an order is suspicious; |

Investigating and reporting suspicious orders; and |

Assessing whether an order may be shipped post-investigation. |

This activity has been approved for MCLE credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 1 hour, all of which will apply to general credit. No hours will apply to legal ethics, to substance abuse/competence issues, or to recognition and elimination of bias credit.
