Jennifer earned her CEDs credential in 2016 and has been providing eDiscovery and litigation services for Herrig & Vogt, a boutique civil litigation firm in the greater Sacramento area, since 2014. The firm handles Construction litigation & complex general civil litigation, as well as Family Law, Estate & Probate, Real Estate, and Personal Injury.

Jennifer was a Culler Award Nominee for eDiscovery Innovation by Logikcull in 2021, has been a member of Women in eDiscovery since 2016, and is joining the board of the San Francisco chapter of Women in eDiscovery this fall. She is a graduate of CSU, Chico with a BA in News Editorial Journalism and enjoys teaching eDiscovery 101.
