On July 13, the Office of Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) published proposed regulations implementing 2020 changes to law relating to provider compliance programs, Medicaid managed care fraud, waste and abuse prevention programs, and OMIG’s self-disclosure program. The proposed changes will significantly impact both payers and providers alike.

Hear from Robert Hussar, a compliance professional and former OMIG First Deputy on OMIG’s proposed changes to New York’s Mandatory Compliance Program requirements, including the long-awaited new Self-Disclosure Program and new obligations under the Medicaid Managed Care Fraud and Abuse Prevention programs.

This program will be offered on two days. It is the same session both days.

Participants will be eligible for 1.2 CCB credits and 1 CLE credit in Professional Practice. *Since both sessions are the same, participants will only receive credit for attending one session.
