Can one team play in two cities (or countries)?

The Tampa Bay Rays have proposed a "sister city" plan, allowing the MLB team to play one half of the season in the Tampa Bay area and the remainder in Montreal, split between two stadiums.

For the summer meeting of Carlton Fields' Community & Development series, we will be joined by Brian Auld, president of the Tampa Bay Rays, to talk through the innovative idea of sister cities, as well as the benefits it could bring the Tampa Bay area in terms of real estate and economic development, cultural exchange, and much more.

We will be moderated by Jin Liu, shareholder at Carlton Fields.
