A cold outreach strategy for partnership and relationship-building can be a catch-22. You need both volume (more partnerships) and a fair amount of personalization to see a significant impact – and combining both can feel impossible and very time-consuming. However, when outreach and connection to veteran and diversity partners is a substantial component to maintaining compliance as federal contractors, it must be done not only correctly but in a manner that helps you continue to build rapport over time.

Join Candee Chambers, DirectEmployers Executive Director and former HR practitioner, as she dives into her fool-proof strategy for high-impact, compliant outreach. During this webinar, she’ll outline:

  • What the regulations state and why they are essential for workforce diversity planning
  • How to conduct effective outreach that gleans results and relationships
  • Her six-step strategy from start to finish for establishing your goals, starting the conversation, and most importantly, tracking your results
