Join Bricker's higher education team for a presentation for boards of trustees to help them understand their fiduciary obligations with regard to the newly proposed Title IX regulations. This session is appropriate for individuals with all levels of familiarity of Title IX and will focus on the proposed regulations in the context of cultural shifts, community standards, risk management, and shifting liability and how to help manage the conversation–and emotions–regarding potential change on campus.
