Charlotte Colin-Dubuisson
Counsel, Linklaters

Charlotte is a Counsel in the Competition/Antitrust practice of Linklaters based in Paris, specialising in EU and French competition law with a particular experience in advising clients on cartel cases, vertical restrictions and merger control. Charlotte graduated from Paris Ouest (Bachelor and Master), Paris Dauphine (LL.M) Universities and from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) (LL.M). Charlotte is a member of the French Association of Competition Private Practitioners and retains strong academic interests, teaching competition law at Sciences Po Paris and Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.

Kaarli Eichhorn
Partner, Jones Day

Kaarli Eichhorn has acted on a significant number of high-profile and politically sensitive merger and antitrust matters globally for almost 20 years.

He has substantial experience in competition law, international regulation, and government affairs, including legislative advocacy, foreign investment screening, and sanctions. His experience includes energy, oil & gas, transportation, telecommunications, digital, consumer products, aerospace, life sciences, financial services, and media. Kaarli is also one of Jones Day's Nordic Practice leaders.

Kaarli was named vice-chair and member of the board of AmCham EU in July 2020, after having held prior leadership roles for many years, including as legal affairs chair and vice-chair of the Competition Committee.

He is a prior member of the board of European Justice Forum, a former vice-chair of the In-House Competition Counsel Association, and member of the BusinessEurope Competition Committee. He is a non-governmental advisor at the International Competition Network.

Jérémie Jourdan
Local Partner, White & Case

Jérémie Jourdan is a Local Partner at White & Case Brussels and Paris specialising in antitrust and merger control. In antitrust specifically, he has in recent years been involved in several high-profile antitrust investigations before the EU Commission and courts.

In September 2020, he obtained a partial annulment of a dawn raid decision of the European Commission for INCA Achats. He has also been representing Servier before the European Court of Justice in its recent win of a partial annulment of the Commission decision concerning patent settlement agreements in the pharmaceutical sector, which involved the application of both Articles 101 and 102.

He is leading the W&C team representing a French Bank in its appeal against the Commission decision in the Euribor investigation. In cartel cases, he helped Toshiba secure a significant victory in its challenge before EU Courts against the Commission cartel decision in Cathode Ray Tubes. Jeremie has been recognised as Who’s Who Legal Futures Leader in Competition every year since 2017.

Jens-Olrik Murach
Partner, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher

Jens-Olrik Murach is a partner in the Brussels and Frankfurt offices of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is admitted in Germany and is a member of the Brussels Bar. He is a member of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition as well as the Litigation practice groups, with more than 15 years of experience practicing antitrust law in Brussels and Germany. Mr. Murach is also a member of the Gibson Dunn’s Pro Bono Committee.

Mr. Murach’s practice covers the complete range of EU and German antitrust issues, including merger control, restrictive practices, market dominance, cartel investigations, sectoral investigations, compliance and antitrust litigation. He also advises on EU State aid and public procurement matters.

Thomas Wilson
Partner, Kirkland

Thomas Wilson is an antitrust partner in Kirkland’s London office. He represents clients before the EU Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office. Thomas advises on all areas of competition law, in particular EU, German and multi-jurisdictional merger control, cartels, antitrust, State aid, compliance and EU litigation as well as on foreign direct investment matters.

Thomas regularly speaks at competition law conferences, frequently publishes on practically relevant topics and was recognised as a “Future Leader” by GCR’s Who’s Who Legal in 2017-2019 guide and as a “Thought Leader” in GCR’s 2020 edition. He was further recognised as a "Rising Star" in Competition and Antitrust by LMG’s Expert Guides and a “Future Star” by Financier Worldwide in their Power Players: Competition & Antitrust Future Stars publication in 2020. According to Who’s Who Legal, the “outstanding” Thomas Wilson is recognised as “the go-to person with questions on cross-border mergers” and clients stress his “very sharp and hard-working approach”.

Bishu Solomon is an experienced leader in eDiscovery and document review services. In March 2018, Bishu joined the Epiq European organization as the Senior Director of Client Services responsible for overseeing client services professionals across the UK, Germany, and Switzerland. In her current role as Vice President of Client Services and Forensics, she manages client services and forensic activity across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Bishu works with clients to ensure that Epiq’s service delivery takes into account the unique demands of each region with EMEA. She has over eight years of eDiscovery management experience. Bishu joined Epiq after working in the eDiscovery division of a Big Four firm in Toronto. She has overseen more than 400 contract reviewers and managed the eDiscovery and document review process for dozens of complex litigation reviews and regulatory investigations. Prior to entering the eDiscovery business, Bishu acted as in-house counsel for a large Canadian corporation and received her legal training at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP.
