Pursuant to New Hampshire House Bill 1116, the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission has initiated a proceeding to develop new alternative net metering tariffs and to determine how to limit net metering within each electric distribution utility’s service territory.  The docket has been ongoing in front of the PUC since May, 2016.  Originally an order was expected in March, 2017, but it has been pushed back to a target date of June 2, 2017.  The docket (DE 16-576) is available here.
