What is the Water Management Act 2000 (NSW)?


Replacing the Water Act 1912, the Water Management Act 2000 is an essential piece of New South Wales legislation. It covers all aspects of management of New South Wales’ water and establishes a framework for managing water. Whilst this is all well and good, the important question is ‘what is this Act and what does it mean for me?’
