When Premise Liability Is Not the Issue


There are definitely instances when a property owner lets the people who come to their property down and ends up causing injury. It's not always their fault, however. Sometimes, it's specifically the fault of the people who got injured. Among the things you're going to want to watch out for when you are in a retail space, a grocery store or another public space are hazards that are marked for you. Responsible property owners notify their visitors of hazards when they are present in very clear and obvious ways.
