The financial reform act penned by Senators Dodd and Frank has many provisions which dramtically affect the daily operations of financial institutions. One important provision rewards employees for divulging certain information about the company. This article provides valuable advice to employers to prevent and, at least, control dissemination of potentially damaging information.
