Writ Petition filed by Hemant Goswami praying Punjab and Haryana High Court (India) to issue Mandamus to the Government for according Sanskrit "Minority" status in the spirit of Article 29/ 30 and 351 of the Constitution of India. The High Court disposed the petition with a direction to the Government to consider the prayer of the petitioner within two months.
