Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed Over Bicycle Accident


A bicyclist in Georgia was killed in 2008 while heading out for his morning bicycle ride. According to reporting in the Telegraph, the survivor of that bicyclist has filed a wrongful death lawsuit over the incident. The lawsuit alleges that the driver who struck the bicyclist failed to observe the roadway and failed to yield the right-of-way to the bicyclist.
