Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press Amicus Brief

I wrote this friend-of-the-court brief on behalf of the Reporters Committee and several other media organizations who signed on in our opposition to AT&T's suggestion that corporations have "personal privacy" rights under the Freedom of Information Act. The case was heard by the Supreme Court in oral arguments on January 19, 2011 and we are currently awaiting a decision.
