SEC Approves Amendments to NYSE Rule 452 and Proposes Other Disclosure Enhancements


On July 1, 2009, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission approved a change to NYSE Rule 452 to eliminate broker discretionary voting for directors, and proposed amendments to enhance executive compensation and corporate governance disclosures.
