Junker v. Vassiliades

Motion to Strike used in a hit and run accident

This was a document that was filed in a personal case several years ago. The plaintiff in the action was struck by a car when he was attempting to assist an injured bicyclist. The defendant in the action attempted to flee from the scene and my client was trying to stop him. The defendant had made an illegal right turn from Market Street in San Francisco onto the Octavia freeway on-ramp.

The case settled for policy limits.
