Complex civil procedure issues involving "Burford" abstention based on parallel state administrative proceedings, interpleader, the amendment of a District Court injunction and the proper scope of such an injunction, on behalf of appellee HBO in case brought by group including the promoter Don King. The outcome was favorable for our client; the District Court was affirmed, 159 F.3d 1352 (3rd Cir. 1998).
