Racial Profiling in New York by Taxi Drivers Should Not be Encouraged, New York Civil Rights Violation Lawyer Says

President of the New York State Federation of Taxi Drivers encouraged New York taxi drivers to racially profile passengers before picking them up. He claimed that this practice will help drivers avoid being attacked. Expert New York Civil Rights Violation Lawyer David Perecman disagrees with this proposal.

Said New York civil rights violation lawyer Perecman, racially profiling passengers is a violation of civil rights in New York and across the United States when committed by the police or government.

The encouragement to racially profile passengers came after a near fatal attack on a taxi driver.

Victims of racial profiling in NYC or a civil rights violation in New York should contact a civil rights violation lawyer at The Perecman Firm.
