Symantec Enterprise Vault and e-Discovery in Maryland

SUMMARY: Both the Maryland and Federal courts require that litigants be prepared to produce relevant electronic documents when they bring a matter to civil court. On December 4, 2007, Maryland revised its discovery rules to expand the requirements for producing electronic information during the litigation process. Symantec Enterprise Vault can help organizations effectively prepare and respond to requests for electronically stored information. This article discusses highlights of the software and the Maryland Rules.
