In the January edition of Mintz Levin’s Energy and Clean Tech Connections, we’ve gathered recent information from a wide variety of sources in an effort to keep you abreast of what’s new in the world of clean tech. We draw your

attention to the latest industry developments, news from Capitol Hill, grant opportunities and upcoming events. In addition, since the Massachusetts Senate unanimously approved legislation on January 9th that began last

year with Senator Salvatore DiMasi’s proposals to the House of Representatives, the Energy and Clean Tech Practice Group would like to acknowledge the state’s efforts to promote renewable energy, conservation and efficiency. We will keep you posted on this legislation as it is refined in

conference committee and continues to make its way to the Governor’s desk.
