The laws and regulations of each state govern the activities of an unlicensed real estate assistant. These issues are further determined by office policy. To assist real estate brokerage firms in understanding and complying with state regulations in Georgia the Georgia Real Estate Commission has delineated a list of tasks that brokers can confidently and safely delegate to an unlicensed assistant or support personnel.
